November 2017 issue www.hbaswil.org POWER HOURS MADISON COUNTY It was an honor to have Madison County Chairman, Kurt Prenzler, Edwardsville Mayor Hal Patton (running for Illinois State Senate in the 56th District) and Brent Ellis Campaign Manager for Jason Plummer with R.P. Lumber (running for Illinois State Senate in the 54th District) speak at the Sunset Hills Country Club to discuss their accomplishments, how they plan to improve our industry at the local as well as their goals at the State level…. more information on each speaker can be found on page 4. Our HBA is one of the strongest HBAs in Illinois and have one of the highest retention rates in the national averaging 90%. Here is the breakdown by length of years our current members are with us: 1 to 5 years = 70 members, 6 to 10 years = 35 members, 11 to 20 years = 53 members, 21 to 49 years = 31 members and over 50 years = 1 member and that is Lantz Homes! Jeff Lantz was presented with a plaque from NAHB along with our gratitude for setting this milestone!
