Expectations and safety So we can all have fun in a safe environment we have some simple expectations and safety rules. 1. An adult must always attend with their child and if the child requires the responsible adult must always take them to the toilet, the leaders will not take them for Child Protection reasons. 2. If the session is particularly busy and you have more than one parent with your child, we may have to ask one of the parents to go into another room as the main room gets rather congested. This is for safety of the children. 3. If the lights flash everyone must pay attention immediately to the Leaders as this is how we attract attention for announcements and emergency situations. 4. If a child consistently misbehaves during a session, we have a timeout process where the child will be asked to sit in a separate room with their adult for a set period of time. 5. Hot drinks must always be consumed away from the main room. 6. If the lights are flashed and it is a fire drill or genuine fire emergency, then everyone must convene in the car park. 7.
