Photo permission GDA takes privacy very seriously, and whilst we know that most of you are happy for us to take photographs of the different activities children take part in at GDA’s deaf youth and children’s clubs (GDYZ and CDCC), we ask for every parent/carer to complete this form and return it to us. With your permission, GDA will make positive use of suitable photograph/videos to promote the work of our charity. The most common uses are listed below. GDA website* (www.gda.org.uk) GDA social media pages* (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Linkedin) Printed leaflets, brochures and posters Roller banner stands (to be used at exhibitions) GDA's 'Hear for You' newsletter Local or national newspapers and/or magazines * For privacy reasons, GDA never ‘name tags’ photos on social media sites or on our website. I GIVE MY PERMISSION for my son/daughter to appear in photographs/videos which GDA staff or volunteers may take in the course of any activities which my child takes part. I understand that any photography by GDA is strictly for the purpose of promoting the work of the charity, and that at any time I may write to remove this consent. If I do this then, where possible, photographs/videos of my son/daughter in existing Facebook pages, on the website, or on printed material will be removed at the earliest opportunity.
