On Competition Days, players who have completed 9 holes will not commence to alternate with players hitting off for their first 9 holes until after 9:15 am or 1:45 pm. Members should observe the following: 1. The Etiquette of Golf as set out in Section 1 of the Rules of Golf. 2. As soon as all members of a match cease play to search for a ball, they SHOULD call following players through. A ball is considered lost if it is not found within 5 minutes of commencing to search for it. 3. If members of a four are more than a hole behind the four in front they SHOULD stand aside and allow the following players through. Remember, your position in the field is behind the group ahead, not ahead of the group behind! 4. It is the custom of the Club to yield the President and Captain of the Club the rights of the tee. 5. The lowest handicap in your party will be responsible for the observance of the Etiquette of the game. 24
