Introduction The mandate of 2019/2020 is a mandate marked by crucial changes within the Federation. This year, we adopted a new Visual Identity, we implemented our secretariat and changed our strategy. Despite the pandemic and the major impact on both the Federation and Erasmus+, the volunteers of ESN Portugal tried their best to support international students and stand for their rights. On behalf of the National Board 2019/2020, I would like to thank all of our partners, volunteers and international students for all the support and the work we developed together.
