The City of Colorado Springs and Downtown Partnership have partnered with CSPM to launch Food Truck Tuesdays, an exciting new event that brings the local community together for lunch. Each Tuesday from now until October 17, a diverse roster of local food trucks will assemble on the museum’s west lawn from 11 am to 2:30 pm. Diners will enjoy fresh menu items, live music and the opportunity to mingle with other area residents and employees! The museum invites Food Truck Tuesdays attendees to visit after lunch.
