An apprenticeship is a training programme for people in employment. We work with around 1000 apprentices from several hundred employers every year. Many students progress from full-time qualifications at CNWL into apprenticeship roles once they have the skills and qualifications to get onto the career ladder. We currently run apprenticeship training programmes in over 20 professions including Business Administration, Care, Construction, Civil Engineering, Electrical Installation and Salon Services. We are one of only two colleges training Building Services and Civil Engineering apprentices for the prestigious Technician Apprenticeship Consortium. One of our apprentices was named Apprentice of the Year at the 2016 Consultancy and Engineering Awards (see p14).
