WEE diaper distribution a great success thanks to $25K Foundation grant By Tara Vocino A pproximately 200 mothers and fathers waited nearly two hours before start time for the fi rst diaper distribution, which was sponsored by Women Encouraging Empowerment, Inc. (WEE) and a $25,000 grant from The Boston Foundation. The organization is seeking donations since they ran out of supplies halfway through last Friday night’s event.
