Ward 6 Council candidate hopes to address rodents, traffic and development By Tara Vocino candidate for Ward 6 Councillor held his campaign kick-off at Volare on Wednesday night. According to campaign treasurer and daughter Nykolette Moulaison, Nicholas Moulaison raised $1,546 for his campaign, where more than 80 people attended. “I feel that I would be a good voice and make things better,” Moulaison said. He said that traffic and development must be pre-planned, and that the rat problem can be lessened by residents, business owners, and tenants taking care of their own trash. Moulaison acknowledged Councillor-at-Large candidate Wayne Rose, who was present, for his efforts in bringing attention to the rodent problem through social media. “Thank you everyone for coming,” Moulaison said. “I really appreciate it.” Tara Vocino may be reached at printjournalist1@gmail.com.
