For commercial properties, it was set at $23.68 per thousand dollars, according to Board of Assessors Chairman Dana Brangiforte. City Council Vice President Patrick Keefe, Jr. presented Guinasso with a gavel thanking him for his dedication and leadership, spanning 32 years. “I feel like a rookie – like the first day I came into office,” Guinasso said. “It’s been a great honor and privilege.” City Council bids farewell to Charlie Patch City councillors also offered words of appreciation and gratitude for Ward 6 City Councillor Charles Patch.
